Leap Wellness Studio – A pioneer in the field of holistic fitness - the first Pilates, Yoga, Holistic Strength and Core Training studio of its kind in Chennai. It is a passionately nurtured space offering a variety of core strength and body conditioning programs.

Our Vision Our vision is to inspire people to be fit Inside - out, and have fun with the process of getting there. It should not be just a means to weight loss, weight gain, or any other short term goal. A fit body is an expression of well-being and alignment.

Our Mission Our mission is to use techniques that integrate mind, body, and spirit. And to achieve that we combine Hatha Yoga, Pilates, Strength and Body conditioning with props, accessories, dance and other soft tissue techniques.
